Product Support Engineering 206 and 407
PSE coordinates maintenance operations, and limited modification of Bell Helicopter-approved products. PSE also evaluates damage due to wear, corrosion or hard landing. They coordinate for repair data approval; prepare and release ASB's, TB's OSN's and Info Letters; content of technical publications; and supply information for configuration control of fielded aircraft.
As customer advocate, PSE acts internally at Bell Helicopter for new product development, determining spares configurations, continued airworthiness remedial action and planned maintenance. External to Bell Helicopter, PSE also participates in new product introductions, field evaluation of new designs, HAI Technical Committee briefings, and more...
