Bell Helicopter is pleased to provide a state of the art, online Technical Publications service and DVDs for its customers. Up-to-date technical manuals are provided via the World Wide Web and DVD and currently include the 204, 205, 206A/B Series, 206L Series, 212, 214, 230, 407, 412, 427 and 430.
Introduction of the 222 Series publications will follow throughout 2009.

- Electronic IPBs with a built-in shopping cart feature.
- Ability to build, save and store multiple shopping carts to your desired computer location.
- Shopping carts can be built to meet specific inspection, maintenance or overhaul tasks to capitalize on organization of the ordering process and to ensure reuse of data.
- Shopping cart data can be automatically transferred into VISTA for online E-Commerce parts ordering.
- Use of PDF viewing for all documents to ensure user can identify identical page layout as hard copy.

WEB/DVD Subscription Service:
Registration currently provides a minimum 1-year free WEB subscription service
to include all updates for each model documentation set as it is released. In addition to the
WEB service, all existing customers who receive Bell's free hard copy documentation will also
be provided with free DVDs and updates. The free subscription period for each model will begin
upon initial release of the specific model documentation set and will last for a minimum of 1
year. For those customers who do not receive free hard copy documentation and wish to purchase
DVDs, please contact the Commercial Publications Distribution Center at 817-280-2584 or by
e-mail at publications@bellhelicopter.textron.com.
- Bell Helicopter is committed to its WEB and DVD products and would like all of it's Customers to take advantage and utilize the products to the maximum extent possible.
- Bell's sincere belief is that our Web and DVD products will prove themselves to be viable tools for all of it's customers.
- Prior to the end of the free subscription period, Bell Helicopter will contact it's registered customers to determine if a subscription renewal is desired.
- Pricing structure is being considered and if implemented, our commitment is to provide Bell customers the best value in WEB and DVD products in the industry for the lowest possible price.
- Bell Helicopter currently plans to continue to provide free hard copy publications to bona-fide users. Bell will also continue to provide free and unrestricted access to our bulletins and safety
of flight documentation via the existing Service Directive website at http://www.bellcustomer.com.
How to Obtain Your Subscription:

A New User link will be available from the Welcome page to access the registration screen.
- Please note that registration for the 1-year free subscription will be available to bona-fide operators of the specific model(s) of helicopters on the site as well as for Regulatory Agencies and Customer Support Facilities.
- As multiple users are allowed during the free subscription period, it is recommended that companies/agencies register once and then share the User ID and Password information with their employees.
- Registration will ensure that we have all the required information to supply your User ID and Password for WEB access to the publications.
- This information will also allow Bell to notify customers of updates via e-mail.
